"I recently changed agents to Mr. Rich because I wasn’t getting the type of service I needed from my previous agent. Simple things like return a phone call and treat my daughter with respect when she calls and needs help. From the moment I walked in, meeting Ms. Lopez, I knew this office would be different. I was very upfront with what I needed and she understood exactly what I was saying. My initial thought was “Let’s see what happens when I have a problem.” A few days later I received a call stating that Mr. Rich wanted to set an appointment with me to sit and visit to get to know me. That was different and it turned into an hour and a half conversation. I liked his candidness and straight forward approach.

This week, I did have an issue and was not pleased, so I walked in and sat with Ms. Caro. We spoke for over two, TWO, hours. Bianca asked a lot of questions and I enjoyed our conversation and she found a solution to my problem. I left feeling heard, valued and appreciated. I know this will not always be the case. But, when my first three interactions are this positive, I tend to be more forgiving when things go awry. Things happen.
